Timing can be such a fickle thing and a lot of slumping bowlers can attest to this. How often have you been in a bowling rut and have sought out coaching only to see the adjustment needed was so subtle and almost a no brainer? It takes a skilled set of eyes to see these things, that’s why the best coaches in the world are masters at their craft. I utilize video to be my extra set of eyes when a coach is not available and keep quite a bit of film saved from previous years. This allows me to refer back to footage and compare it to current issues I may be having. I recently have been struggling in the last few tournaments so I took to the lanes and brought the camera with me so I could see what was going on.

Great vid. Having videos of when you throw the ball good, great, and, horrible are very important. It’s very helpful when trying to fix many issues that we can’t see or feel when bowling.
